Brand new is the Mr. Jake exercise machine that has weights you use to increase your exercise. My son in law gave it to my brother who gave it to me. It's actually in my way, so no offer refused. It's nice, black in color, padded seat, and not that heavy to move around. It looks like it sure would firm the arms and stomach of the users.
Also available are various manual type exercise pieces you can do while watching tv or talking with friends. There are to of those pieces that you bring your arms or legs in out in out and it tightens muscles and or "flabby" parts. Neither here nor there it could be just to keep fit.
Also there is the long stepper exercise piece again for firming the body. Good for health and beauty men and women both alike can use all of these things. Pictures available.
