(No. 783) I'm called Alfie. I'm an adult male boxer/pit bull terrier mix who came to the shelter as a stray. I have a sweet boxer face and a thin pit bull terrier body. When people go by my kennel at the shelter, I give them my saddest look and sit quietly by the door. I hope they will be able to tell I'm really praying they will choose me. My body is fawn colored and I have dark markings on my face. I have white on my paws, chest, down my face, and on the right side of my nose. I seem to like women better than men but I really have taken to one of the fellows who works at the shelter. Once I warm up to someone, I'm very affectionate. I haven't shown any aggression. I'll do a great "sit" or "up" for a treat. I'm clean in my kennel and will be neutered before I can go home.
